FlexiSched (Pronounds FLEXie-skedge) is the application used to schedule PRIME and Study Hall appointments with teachers. Appointments open on Mondays and closes at the end of 7th period on Wednesdays.
FlexiSched is also used by teachers to take attendance, though (at least in the past) the school doesn't appear to check this. There is a story of a student who skipped PRIME all year and suffered no consequences.
How to use
FlexiSched can be accessed at https://gunn.flexisched.net, which will prompt you to sign in using either ClassLink or Google. This takes you to a dashboard that displays your current PRIME/Study Hall schedule, with a pencil icon to the right that allows you to edit it. The dropdown menu on the top bar allows you to access a list of PRIME appointments and your attendance.
Criticism
Prior to FlexiSched, students were allowed to simply go visit any teacher they wanted without needing go through the clunky process of signing up for an appointment[citation needed]. It was also possible to visit multiple teachers in one PRIME period.
