Yanan Vrudny, known as Ms. Vrudny or 张老師 by her students, is a Chinese language teacher at Gunn. She teaches Chinese 1, Chinese 2, Chinese 3, Chinese Civilization and Culture, and AP Chinese. She also is the advisor for the Chinese Culture Club.
Personality
Ms. Vrudny is known for her strict teaching style, and usage of participation stamps for grading. She is most commonly seen in her Chinese classroom in a red North Face windbreaker.
Idiosyncrasies
Ms. Vrudny commonly grades projects or assignments involving artwork with respect to how good the art is. She is also extremely picky with handwriting and late work.
