Titan Connect was the predecessor to SELF, established in 2016 by Dr. Herrmann as an SEL-oriented successor to Titan 101.[1] Like Titan 101, Titan Connect met during Flex.
Transition to SELF
SELF would originally be a direct successor to Titan Connect the following year, starting with freshmen and sophomores. However, due to controversy, it was decided that sophomores would be freed from SELF, and only freshmen would have it that year.
