Gunn has numerous bathrooms accessible to students, located at the following place:
- N building (on both levels)
- P building (facing L building and near lunch line)
- K building (near corner facing G building)
- F building (facing lockers)
- D building (Library, in the lobby)
- J building (on side facing K building)
- A building (on side facing B building; has 6 gender-neutral stalls with full-height doors)
- V building/Titan Gym (on the row of classrooms opposite the Titan Gym, facing Bow Gym)
In addition, there are bathrooms not publicly accessible in the L building, Spangenberg lobby (open to the public when the theater is in use, students of the music program have privileges during class time), and probably some other places.
