Art
The Art, Visual and Performing Arts, or VAPA department consists of the visual arts (drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography, digital art) and performing arts (theater, band, and orchestra). The Visual Arts classes are house in the M building, while the Performing Arts are in the S building.
Students must take at least 2 semesters of VAPA classes to graduate.
Idiosyncracies
- Grading is often generous in the Performing Arts classes, with most of the grade being based on participation and showing up for rehearsals
