Having a PAUSD email gives students access to certain Google Groups that allow emailing every student in the district or every student at Gunn. On occasion these groups have caused "email storms" in which one email prompts some of the thousands of recipients to "reply all", deluging the email thread with replies. An instance of this occurred on 2024-12-13.
