Gunn Together (period)

Gunn Together is a period that replaced Flex during the 2020-2021 school year, as Office hours now exist after school, and there are more instructional minutes that need to be made up.. The class that meets during this period is supposed to rotate so every class gets an equal amount of time at the end of the semester, although the rotation patterns have been a bit strange.

What happened at each GT period

Week 1 - Gunn Together Period 5: How to use the technology needed to do basic school stuff.

Week 2 - Gunn Together Period 5: Stuff about sexual assault.

Week 3 - Alternate schedule, no Gunn Together. SELF happened instead, since there was no SELF on Friday that week.

Week 4 - Gunn Together Period 6: Fill out a distance learning survey that was previously posted on Schoology, then basically have lunch early.

Week 5 - Gunn Together Period 4: Fill out that same distance learning survey, and have lunch early again.

Week 6 - Gunn Together Period 3: Fill out that distance learning survey for like the fourth time now, and have lunch early.

Week 7 - Gunn Together Period 2: Check in at your class for attendance, then go to a wellness assembly webinar. Chat and Q&A were both turned off.

Week 8 - Gunn Together Period 1: Check in at your class for attendance, then another wellness assembly webinar. Q&A was turned on this time, but chat was turned off until the end.

Week 9 - Gunn Together Period 7: Check in at your class for attendance, then go to a third wellness assembly webinar. Chat and Q&A were both enabled at the start, but people were plugging their stuff in chat, such as UGWA, Gunn discord, and Gunn Bell, so chat was eventually closed, although Q&A remained open the entire time.
