Homework Central is Saumya Singhal's competitor to UGWA, although it has fewer features and can also be installed like UGWA can. It can be found at https://homeworkcentral.web.app.
Currently, a new version (2.0) is in beta testing and can be found at https://hcbeta.web.app.
