AP SELF is one of the least popular AP classes. It is held during SELF for students who signed up, and has very heavy homework loads, and an exam every meeting designed to span 90 minutes. However, it offers weighted credit.

Units studied

Everything, but particularly advanced SEL content. Students will memorise the emotions wheel and learn how to recite it both counter-clockwise and by quadrant. After the AP exam, the final unit consists of advanced Canva™ slideshow creation, and those who do not earn a 4 or 5 are indentured to produce future SELF content without pay.

Should I sign up for this course?

No. By all means, avoid it. Your parents will do their best to force you into this class; fight as hard as you can to not sign up.
