Usage

full name: full name, including titles
preferred name: preferred name(s)

classes: classes taught, each in double square brackets. ex.

 [[AP Calculus BC]] 

room: room(s) occupied
department: math, english, history, science, cte, art, pe, or lang. Use lower case.

other departments: any other departments they may be part of, capitalized and in double square brackets. ex.

 [[Art]] 

Manually add them to the other department's teacher category by entering the "Edit source" tab and typing

 [[Category:DEPT teachers]]

formerTeacher: enter "true" if they have left Gunn.
