PE 10 is a PE class that anyone from sophomores to seniors can take, despite its name suggesting it is only open to sophomores. Some students decide to take it during their junior or senior year instead. This class still features YES follow-ups, though unlike PE 9, there is no YES unit at the beginning of the year.

Should I take this course?
This course is a general PE course that most people should take if they have no interest in Yoga or Athletics.
Fitness standards
The course catalog inaccurately claims that until 5 of the 6 fitness standards are met, students are required to continue taking PE 10 every year. This has been invalidated by Ms. Laurence.
